This Privacy Policy covers personal data obtained through the www.ramadaergan.com website, online reservation channels, the call centre, e-mail and WhatsApp lines, and on-site services. Identity and contact data: name, surname, national ID / passport number, date of birth, telephone, e-mail, address.
Reservation and stay data: check-in and check-out dates, room type, number of guests, special requests, stay history.
Payment data: invoicing details and payment method (card details are processed by payment institutions and are not stored by us).
Website usage data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, cookies.
Security data: camera recordings in the common areas of the property.

Creating and confirming reservations and providing the accommodation service
Fulfilling legal notification obligations under the Identity Notification Law No. 1774

Your data is protected by technical and administrative measures such as access authorisation, encryption, firewalls and regular backups. Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the retention periods stipulated by law (e.g. 10 years for commercial books and records, the period set by the relevant legislation for identity notification records); at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
